Q: Can I go in person for a tour during business hours?
A. Yes! You are more than welcome to come during our business hours.

Q: Is my guest pass 24 Hours?
A. Yes! You can come today and tomorrow as long as you stay within the 24 hours timeframe, and during business hours.

Q: Are there personal trainers at Reign Athletics Gym?
A. Yes! We have trainers that can help you with your fitness goals. Contact us to set up an in person consultation.

Q: Can I sign up online?
A. Yes! Go to our home screen and select "Memberships Available" - You can also come in person.

Q: If I'm a new member, do I have 24 Hour access?
A. Yes! All of our active members have 24 hour access.

Q: Is there a fee to replace my key tag?
A. Yes, there's a $10.00 replacement fee.

Q: Can I freeze my membership?
A: We don't freeze memberships. They must remain active, or cancelled.

Q: Do you offer couple memberships or family plans?
A. All of our available memberships are under the "memberships available" tab. All memberships are individual.

Q: Do I have to meet a six month agreement?
A. For our monthly billing memberships, yes. After the sixth month the membership remains active at the same rate!
Memberships and Guest Policy

Kids are not allowed inside the gym area.
​
All members check-in at the front desk, or outside using the key tag reader. A physical key tag is required for all members. All guest have to sign in at the front desk as well, and pay for a guest pass.
​
We ask all of our guest and members to please re-rack the weights when they're done using them, and wipe down the equipment to maintain a clean facility.
Our monthly memberships have a 6 month agreement and a cancellation fee will be applied if the membership is cancelled before the 6 months (if applicable). Members can bring guest ONLY during business hours. All guest have to complete the guest waiver and pay for the day pass fee before entering the gym area. If not, the member who brought the guest will get his/her membership cancelled or a penalty will be added to the member's account.

KEY TAG REPLACEMENT: The Member is responsible for any lost or stolen gym key tag used for facility entrance. A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged to the member for any lost or stolen key tag. All members have to bring their physical key tag starting on 1/1/2024.

Reign Athletics does not tolerate any sort of bullying, or disrespecting other members. Any issues associated with the above behaviors will lead to a membership cancellation.

Please bring a valid ID for any membership activations, guest passes or tours.

Only Members have 24 hour access to the gym. Guest passes are ONLY available during business hours.
